Job description
As a esthetician in our newest Taiwan store (scheduled to open in October), you will be in charge of customer correspondence and services.
Eventually, we would like to lead you in the management of store sales and sales strategy.
[Specifically]
■Work right after joining the company
Front / customer service · treatment
· Correspondence to customers in the store (Customer reserved pick-ups and trial applications / confirmation of the chart)
· Reservation reception counter
· Administrative procedures concerning contracts
· Treatment (You will receive training after joining the company)
· follow-up after treatment
(Customer service will be mostly in Chinese, A lot of the customers are very wealthy)
■ Future prospected business duties
· Store sales management
· Formulation of sales strategy (in cooperation with the department manager)
We are assuming that you will eventually broaden the range of operations to include store and general management.
※ Since this new store is scheduled to open in October, you will also participate in the "store creation" phase.
■ About the training system
After joining the company, you will receive about one and a half months of training in Japan for doing treatment.
(Travel expenses completely paid by the company)
Qualifications
【Prerequisite】
1. Business-level Japanese and Chinese.
2. Advanced communication skills
3. Female only (due to morality)
