Job description

You will preform the following duties at a company which conducts testing and inspection of safety for electronics / electronic equipment including home appliances which are shipped and sold abroad,

◇ Issuing certifications in the certification division · Handling work for factory inspection

■ Application Acceptance and Certification Issuing Procedure
· Arranging test examination of laboratory (domestic)
· Acceptance / processing of application documents
· Certificate issuing · Information registration procedure
· Inquiries from customers (overseas · domestic)
· Issue quotations, create sales data, issue business reports

■ Handle factory inspection
· Arrangement of the inspection · Receipt and update the inspection report
· Issuance of business reports
· Cooperation with overseas factory inspectors · exchanging Information
· Inspection scheduling by factory inspectors in Japan

■ Other
· Correspondence in English and other foreign languages
· Shipping of the sample accompanying the certification application
· Document creation and filing of related documents
· Inquiries (Domestic certification inquiries from overseas, Japanese support to domestic customers, etc.)

Qualifications

【Japanese Level】
Business level or higher

【Other languages】
English ( TOEIC 600 or more )
Business level in Russian is even better

【VISA condition】
Must have a work permissible visa

【Experience】
Experience in general affairs
Experience in customer service

【Others】
Over 3 years experience in social workers
Bachelor's degree or above

【Welcoming skills / experience】

Ability to respond flexibly
Those who are interested in electric machinery / technology
Even if there is little experience, those who are motivated to learn
