PR	★ In order to expand business in ASEAN, we are looking for a consultant to work with a Japanese consulting firm who is expanding in Thailand. ★ The candidate will be hired by the Japanese headquarters and dispatched to local partners in Thailand. ★ This is a position with the opportunity to advance to an executive candidate in the Thai division.

Job description

・Support on presales and creating proposal for logistic business process design projects (Procurement, Production Plan, Sales & Distribution)

・Understand key issues of general logistics processes and create counterproposal for the client to improve its management and business operations.

・Deliver and Work as a project member and create key deliverables (Assessment documents, Business Process Flow, Business Requirement Definition)

・Support on system requirements of SAP or ERP package software with ERP Functional consultants.

・Negotiate and facilitate key discussions in both Thai and English.

・Work closely with project managers to delivery appropriate consulting service for our client.

・Support and execute necessary business operation for the new division. Japanese communication will be required with management and back office staff in Japan Headquarters.

Qualifications

【Language Requirements】
Thai：Native level
English：Business level
Japanese：Daily conversational level

【VISA conditions】
Must have work permissible VISA

【Experience】
・First level University degree

・5 to 7 years of process consulting or SAP ERP functional consulting (Logistic Modules) experience working for a consulting firm

・Experience of at least 3 business process consulting projects or ERP functional consulting projects as project manager or project member.

【Other】
・A person who can work in Bangkok

・High competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership) working in consulting project.

【Welcome conditions】
・A person who has been educated or worked in Japan in the past or worked for Japanese company.

・Experience of project management of consulting project or PMO experience.
