Regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, etc.
YOLO PILL ONLINE is not an online store but is an online medical examination service that complies with laws and regulations.
Since consultations, prescriptions and the dispensing of medication are handled in the same way as a regular medical institutions, returns, exchanges, and cancellations cannot be accepted after the prescription is finalized.

About Subscription Plan and Subscription Plan cancellations
The Subscription Plan covers 1 year of medicine, and the payment is for each sheet of the 12 sheets of medicine. You can cancel your subscription from the service page. Cancellation is not possible during the next application period. Additionally, if you do not request your next shipment within 7 days of the start date, your subscription will be automatically cancelled. You will not be charged a cancellation fee by YOLO JAPAN.

Defective products
We have taken all possible measures to ensure that the medicine is handled properly, but in the event that the wrong medicine is delivered or the medicine is damaged, please return it immediately. In this case, YOLO JAPAN will cover the shipping fee.
