How to register as a member

Here we will break down the process from registering all the way to applying for a job into two steps including pictures.

Things to prepare in advance

Email address

Your email address will be used to send you an authorization code during registration and to log in to YOLO JAPAN's website.

How to register as a member

1. Access the member registration screen

Go to the YOLO JAPAN homepage and click "Sign up."

2. Enter your email address

Enter your email address to receive an authorization code.

*Make sure you can receive emails from @yolo-japan.co.jp

Enter the 4-digit authorization code you received by email on the following screen.
If you do not receive the email, you can resend the code or try a different email address.

3. Enter your user information

Enter the required information.
You must enter information in fields that have a red "required" message.

　Password
- Please set a password to use when logging in.
  You can log in with the password you set.
　Do you currently live in Japan?
- If yes, please select the prefecture you live in.
　Prefecture
- If you answered "Yes" for the previous field, select the prefecture you live in from the drop down menu.
　Name (roman alphabet)
- Please enter your name in English.
  First Name and Last Name are required, but Middle Name is optional.
　Birthdate
- Click the calendar to select your date of birth.
　Gender
- Click the drop down menu and select your gender.
　Nationality
- Click the drop down menu and choose your nationality.
　Date of entry
- Select the date you entered Japan.
  Choose the year from the upper field and the month from the lower field.
  If you have always lived in Japan, select the box at the bottom.
　Phone number
- Enter your phone number.
  If you do not have a Japanese phone number, select the box at the bottom.

  Select the answer that applies.
