To all YOLO JAPAN users, from Japan Post Bank

Residence Cards (including Specified Residence Cards) issued on or after June 14, 2026 can no longer be used as identity verification documents for procedures on the Yucho Bankbook App, Yucho Authentication App, or Yucho Procedure App.

If you have already completed document-based identity verification (eKYC) on the Yucho Bankbook App or Yucho Authentication App, you can continue to use authentication for remittances and other transactions.
