Notes to keep in mind about payment

YOLO MOBILE provides service in collaboration with JP MOBILE.
For your billing/payment information please check JP MOBILE.

Your invoice

We will send you your invoice around the 25th of each month.
Once your SIM card has been issued you can also check your payment information here.

Payment deadline

Please pay using one of the following methods by the end of the month.
Please note that if we do not receive your payment, you will be unable to use our services from the 1st of the following month.
However, if you pay by the end of the following month, your services will be resumed.

Paying at a Convenience Store

You can pay at a convenience store using your 13-digit Smart pit ID number.

After your initial payment, you will be able to pay with your Smart pit card, which comes with your JP Smart SIM.
The payment method may differ depending on the store. For more information, please see the Payment page.

How to pay by Smart pit at Lawson/Ministop

Please pay on a Loppi multimedia deivce installed in Lawson and Ministop convenience stores.

  1. STEP 1

    Please select the "various numbers" option on the Loppi screen.

  2. STEP 2

    Enter your 13-digit Smart pit number on the number search screen.

  3. STEP 3

    After you enter your Smart pit number, press "Next."

  4. STEP 4

    You will see two options on the screen. Please select "Smart pit payment."
    ※If the number you entered was not 13 digits, the "Smart pit payment" button will not be displayed. If this happens, please press the "Back" or "Go back" button and re-enter your number.

  5. STEP 5

    Your invoices will be displayed. Select (tap) the invoice you would like to pay for.

  6. STEP 6

    After selecting the invoice, please press the "Confirm" button.

  7. STEP 7

    Please double check your selected invoice before pressing "Confirm."

  8. STEP 8

    A ticket will be printed out. After confirming that "Smart pit payment ticket" is printed on the ticket, please proceed to the cash register.
    ※Your payment ticket will be valid for 30 minutes. After receiving your ticket, please pay within 30 minutes.

How to pay by Smart pit at Family Mart

Please pay on a FamiPort multimedia deivce installed in Family Mart convenient stores.

  1. STEP 1

    Please select the "Smart pit payment" option on the FamiPort screen.
    ※You can change the language by pressing the 'Language' button located on the top right of the screen. Smart pit offers services in 6 languages: Japanese, Chinese, English, Korean, Portuguese, and Russian.

  2. STEP 2

    Enter your 13-digit Smart pit number on the number and press "OK."

  3. STEP 3

    Your invoices will be displayed. Select the invoice you would like to pay for and press "OK."

  4. STEP 4

    Please double check your selected invoice before pressing "OK."

  5. STEP 5

    A ticket will be printed out. After confirming that "Product name: Smart pit payment" is printed on the ticket, please proceed to the cash register.
    ※Your payment ticket will be valid for 30 minutes. After receiving your ticket, please pay within 30 minutes.

Credit card

At the payment section of the application page, select "credit card." Once you fill out all the necessary information, you will be able to complete the transaction.
Every month, your credit card company will charge you for the usage fee of the previous month, and the basic fee of the following month.

Payment may be made with WeChat, Alipay, and UnionPay.
In the payment section of the application page, select the pay card that you would like to use. After filling out the necessary information, you will be able to complete the transaction.
