・Mid-career recruitment (interaction with agents)
・Training (including new graduates)
・Organizational development, human resource development system creation, qualification related system creation
・Establishing a grade/reward system
・Introduction of learning systems
・Closed on weekends and holidays! (For public holidays, we are closed on Monday or Friday)
・Stable income by working 5 days a week
・Commuting by car, motorcycle, or bicycle OK
・Inexperienced people are welcome
・Bento can be ordered for 250 yen per meal

It's a clerical and telephone job at a major real estate company that uses multiple languages and Japanese.
① Can speak English+Japanese
② Can speak Chinese+Japanese
③ Can speak Korean and Japanese
④ Can speak Vietnamese and Japanese
We are looking for people who fall under any of ① to ④.
Japanese requires N3 or higher skills.
※Even if you don't have a Japanese language proficiency test, you can apply if it's “equivalent to N3 or higher.”
Hourly rate: 1,500 yen
Transportation expenses: Basically, commuter passes are paid in full (with regulations)
Hours: 10:00 to 19:00 Break 1 hour of actual work 8 hours

After listening to the customer's wishes, we will introduce and explain the property that suits their wishes. Ultimately, it's a business that even involves making a contract.
Corresponding details are entered in Japanese on the computer and left as a customer log.
Necessary matters will be reported to the Japanese staff.
