  Job Description ① After-school childcare staff「学童指導員」 (main job) You will work at an after-school club for elementary school students. Main duties: • Keep children safe • Play with children • Support children learning English, studying, and communication skills • Help children communicate and enjoy activities • Cleaning the room • Help plan events for children ⸻ ② English & International Cultural Events We sometimes hold English and cultural exchange events for children. You may help children enjoy English communication and learn about different cultures. ⸻ Working Hours Basic schedule: During school holidays 10:00 – 19:00 During school term 14:00 – 19:00 ※ Start time may change depending on school schedule. Weekday 14:00–19:00 shifts are especially needed. Working 2–3 days per week or more is preferred. Staff who can also work on Saturdays for childcare or events are welcome.
