The basic monthly salary is 285,000 yen. If you include the allowance, you can get 403,000 yen or more per month.
If you work for a long time, your monthly salary will increase, and the maximum monthly salary will be 320,000 yen.

The factory has a cafeteria that can be used 24 hours a day. (Curry is 300 yen)

There is a free shuttle bus from the station to the factory.
You can also commute by car or motorcycle. It's a 5 minute walk from the parking lot to the factory.
