The receptionist/dental assistants we are recruiting this time play an important role in welcoming patients with a smile and supporting medical treatment. We place importance on “desire to learn” rather than current Japanese language skills, so we welcome even those who are inexperienced or are studying Japanese. There continues to be a chronic shortage of human resources in the dental care industry, and if you gain experience as a receptionist or assistant, it is a skill you can play an active role anywhere in the country. After a half-year fixed-term contract, you can also be promoted to a full-time employee if you wish.
