Monthly salary: 165,000 yen and up
▼ The following allowances are available
・Special treatment improvement allowance: 8,000 yen
・Technical allowance: 7,500 yen
・Housing allowance: Maximum 20,000 yen (with regulations)
・Nursing care allowance: 5,000 yen
・Night shift allowance: 40,000 yen (average number of nights worked 4 times)

Total of 1.75 to 2.5 months per year (varies depending on work history)

Out-of-pocket rent: approx. 45,000 (including common service fees/subsidy up to 20,000)
