  [Recruiting automotive sensor parts assembly staff in Ogaki] The factory has over 200 foreign staff members. The product is about the size of an extension cord, so it's not hard work. The main process is repetitive insertion and pulling. Roughly half of the people are of Brazilian and Chinese nationality, and people from the Philippines and Peru are also active, and they work together with Japanese staff.
