  We remove bee nests and control weeds around solar panels. The work is primarily outdoors. We proceed carefully while prioritizing safety. Work in nature! This job is ideal for those who enjoy physical activity, as most of the work is outdoors. No experience required. Even if you're new to this field, experienced colleagues will thoroughly teach you, so you can start with confidence. Work independently or as part of a team. Once you're comfortable, you can work alone, though sometimes tasks are completed collaboratively as a team. • Valid driver's license required We value enthusiasm over qualifications or experience. Work location: 1219-3 Kaminishimachi, Chuo Ward, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture Access: Ten-minute drive from Tenryugawa Station. Commuting by personal vehicle is possible, and parking is available. Employment Type: Full-time Employee Salary: Monthly salary of ¥200,000 to ¥350,000 (no fixed overtime pay) Probationary period: One month (fixed salary of ¥200,000, two days off per week, shift system) Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (60-minute break; may vary slightly by site) Overtime work: None Holidays: Two days off per week on a shift system (preferred days can be selected) Annual holidays: 105 days Paid leave: Ten days granted after six months of employment
