Interpretation and communication: handling staff consultations and bridging with the field
Management work and internal newsletter dissemination: Regular information dissemination and support for various procedures
Holding study sessions and safety education: easy-to-understand guidance and guidance on factory audits and hygiene management (HACCP, etc.)
Even for those who say “specialized knowledge (HACCP, etc.) seems difficult...”, it's fine if you first have a feeling to communicate to the staff in an easy-to-understand manner. I will teach you the work carefully.
There are already senior staff from the same hometown in the company, so the environment is easy for new hires to get used to.
