・Welcome guests to the hotel
・Luggage care for staying guests
・Information on facilities and services within the hotel, events, nearby tourist spots, etc.
・Transportation using a buggy cart or company car
・Cooperative work with related departments (front desk, reservation department, restaurant, housekeeping)

・Those with a driver's license (to perform transfers inside and outside the hotel grounds)
