We are looking for people who can speak either English or Chinese*
Communication with employees, staff members, and sales floor clerks is mainly in Japanese.
We are looking for people with a Japanese level equivalent to N2 to N1 who can speak ♪
≪Hourly preferential rates for those who can speak multiple languages! ≫
・If you can speak Japanese plus 1 language: 1,800 yen per hour
・If you can speak Japanese plus 2 languages: 1,900 yen per hour
▼ About training
You will work as a tax-free staff member at the Hankyu Main Store B1 Overseas Customer Counter for approximately 2 months as training.
After that, they will be hired as attendant staff depending on their suitability.
(*There is no change in hourly wage during the training period)
Inexperienced people are welcome! Even if you have no experience with simple tasks, I will teach you carefully.
A chance to earn a high hourly wage! If you show good attendance and quality of work after the trial period (3 months), you can raise your hourly wage early.
・Japanese ability is not required! JLPT N5 is sufficient for a level where you can communicate with your manager in simple Japanese.
・You can speak English with your colleagues! There is no phone support! There is almost no customer service. When customers come, it's usually OK to respond in English or Tagalog!
・Positive attitude and attention to details
・Basic computer skills (example: being able to type fast, basic Excel tasks, etc. are sufficient)
・People who want to gain new skills are welcome!

From 248,000 yen: Osaka/Kyoto/Hyogo/Aichi

We propose and sell mobile phones and services from major telecommunications carriers. It is a job that is close to customer needs and proposes optimal plans and products
More specifically:
• Explanation and suggestions of products to customers
• Purchase process and contract support
• After-sales support and response to inquiries
• Managing storefront displays
Working hours]
Shift work according to the variable working hours system (4 to 9.5 hours)
Example: basic working hours
