Monthly salary: 160,000 yen and up
▼ The following allowances are available
・Treatment Improvement Allowance: 30,000 yen
・Treatment improvement supplement: 6,000 yen
・Housing allowance: 15,000 yen (when using rented company housing)
・Commuting allowance: Maximum 15,000 yen (with regulations)
・Night shift allowance: 7,000 yen (average number of nights worked 4 times)

A total of 2 months' worth per year (paid in July and December)
