📋 About employment
・Employment type: Contract employee on a yearly basis (automatically renewed in principle)
・First 3 months after joining the company: part-time employment (hourly wage system)
・After passing the in-house exam, change to a contract employee (you can take the exam within 3 months of joining the company)
・There is a full-time employee promotion system*For regular employee promotion, there is a selection based on internal regulations.
・There is a promotion exam once a year
