Please do the following jobs as an assistant to the finance and accounting manager.
・Accounting support for Tokkin Group companies in Japan
⇒We will manage the whole thing, such as support and check work for each member.
・Performance management of Tokkin Group overseas subsidiaries
⇒Manage the monthly performance of overseas subsidiaries and analyze them from various perspectives while looking at numbers.
We will respond to feedback and various consultations based on improvement proposals.
・Preparation of monthly reports and financial reports
⇒Monthly numbers are compiled and reported to each stakeholder, and in financial results, figures for each company are compiled, and consolidated financial reports are prepared, starting with financial reports for each company.
・Response to special management matters
⇒We will examine requests from top management from a financial and tax perspective.

[Job Description]
・Building relationships with group lodging/conference/event (GCE) stakeholders, customer service, sales techniques, and invoice creation
Create a culture of high quality standards in contract processing.
・BEO (banquet event order) and tour memo (group accommodation arrangement) that make it easy for the operation team to move around
Create and circulate in a timely manner.
・Understand the project status of subordinates and implement appropriate advice and support.
・Build good relationships with each department in the hotel and create an environment where subordinates can work comfortably.

Actual working time: 8 hours
Typical shift example: 9:00 to 18:00 (60 minute break)
