You will be responsible for student visa application support at universities where many international students are enrolled.
・Processing of student visa application documents
・Support for visa extensions and status of residence changes
・Assistance in complying with immigration bureau and university visa regulations
・Handling inquiries related to visas and immigration
・Preparation and management of reports related to status of residence
・Entering and updating information into the database
・Monitoring to prevent visa violations (course status, landing permit deadlines, job-hunting visa-related documents, etc.)
・Cooperation with external vendors to support visa operations

・Management support for student events and extracurricular activities
・Participation in cross-departmental initiatives
