Reservation acceptance, confirmation of details, and arrangement support (telephone/email)
We accept reservations for lodging, restaurants, etc., confirm the details of existing reservations, and arrange special requests.
We respond accurately and sincerely to domestic and international customers using telephone and email.
Input work to the terminal system (system use/ English notation)
Reservation information that has been received/changed is inputted and updated into a dedicated reservation management system.
Since the system screen and input items are written in English, it is aimed at those who can handle system operations in English without any sense of resistance.
