Roughly half of the people are of Brazilian and Chinese nationality, and people from the Philippines and Peru are also active, and they work together with Japanese staff.
The manual summarizing work points is compatible with 4 languages: Portuguese, Chinese, Tagalog, and Vietnamese, so you can rest assured even if you don't have confidence in Japanese.

① There is a newcomer support system
Immediately after joining the company or for the first 20 days in charge of new work, you will be paid 25% on top of the normal unit price.
It is a system unique to the company so that people remember their work carefully without being impatient.
② There is an incentive to refer a friend
A limited-time “friend referral system” is being implemented (2026/8/16 to 2027/1/31)
If the family or friend you introduced continues to work for 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months,
Referrals can receive bonuses of up to 100,000 yen, and those referred can also receive bonuses of up to 80,000 yen.
