【Main responsibilities】
・Interpretation between Japanese speakers and foreign-language speakers
・Support communication with overseas call center staff
・Email translation and written correspondence
・Customer support primarily in Japanese
・Multilingual help desk support as needed

Shift-based schedule, 5 days per week (Monday to Sunday)
Weekends and national holidays may be included depending on the shift
【Requirements】
・Candidates must be fluent in ONE of the following combinations:
Japanese + Vietnamese + English
Japanese + Spanish + English
Japanese + Spanish + Portuguese
・Comfortable handling phone calls
・Basic PC skills (Excel & Word)
・Available to work weekends and public holidays
