Mainly in kindergarten gardens, etc., you will be asked to communicate with children in foreign languages. We would like them to have cross-cultural exchange in their own way, such as talking to children in the language of your country, teaching them about the culture of your country, and enjoying the games of your country together. If you like to play with children, even inexperienced people are welcome! Nationalities and languages don't matter! It might be better to be able to speak some Japanese, but if you can't, there's no problem! (If you can't speak Japanese, it's better to be able to speak English)
It's not an English conversation class, it's just for cross-cultural exchange, so there's no need for language teaching experience at all! What is important is “I like talking to people” and “I like playing with children.”
The purpose is for people who speak different languages and look to be present normally in the daily childcare environment, thereby fostering children's attitude of “knowing and accepting diversity,” so I hope you can freely walk around the park and communicate with the children during working hours. At the same time, I would like you to watch over and call out for the safety of the children in the garden.
Those who can be close to each child to improve their English proficiency are welcome
There are full-time appointments.
Inexperienced foreigners are active!
