We are looking for people who can handle night shifts in a newly built, clean environment. Many members of a wide range of ages are active in the welfare division, from veterans in their 50s to fresh new graduates. Even in everyday work in the welfare business, members continue to study while searching for new possibilities while supporting each other. In consideration of the work environment of such members, various systems such as various training, recreation, and rest leave have been constructed and utilized. From here on, we will vigorously expand places of residence, including satellites, private room training/lifestyle training, and challenging short-term admissions. We are looking for friends to enhance the support system at each location! I'm looking forward to meeting new people who have such a desire to “create a new form of welfare together.”
