We are looking for people who can handle night shifts in a newly built, clean environment.

Work contents / remarks

Users stay for 1 night and 2 days to 1 week. The main target is mainly special needs school students.

・Support for daily life care support that supports users' independence and builds lives together while growing together
・Support for waking up and going to bed
・Preparation before and after commuting to school, delivery, and acceptance support
・Monitoring and communication support during leisure time
・Office work such as record preparation
・Cooperation with parents and related organizations
・Watching/Patrolling

◆The appeal of work◆
・It is a growth support job that supports the “preparation to go out into society” for people with disabilities between the ages of 16 and 18.
・You can be involved in the launch of a new welfare service, which is still rare nationwide.

[Work pattern: life support staff/manager]
(1) 8:00-17:00 break 60 minutes
(2) 10:00 to 19:00 break 60 minutes
(3) 12:00-21:00 break 60 minutes
(4) Break for 120 minutes from 17:00 to 10:00 the next day
・About 4 to 5 hours other than the above
