It is a newly built, barrier-free facility that is clean and comfortable to work in. ◆ You can start with no qualifications or experience ・You don't need any qualifications or experience. We welcome those who want to learn about work with disabilities from scratch. ・Business manuals and support procedures are carefully explained on the distributed tablets, so even first-time users can rest assured. ★ Those who have first-time training are welcome ◆ Peace of mind starting at 1,400 yen per hour for the first 2 months ・The 2-month period after joining the company is a uniform hourly wage of 1,400 yen (retention support allowance) regardless of qualifications. ・Even during the period until you get used to it, you can start with peace of mind with a solid hourly wage. ◆ Records can be concentrated on management support with our own app ・Office work such as records is managed collectively with our own application. ・Minimizing office work and being able to concentrate on supporting residents is Stars' greatest strength.
