・The 2-month period after joining the company is a uniform hourly wage of 1,400 yen (retention support allowance) regardless of qualifications.

[Job Description]
・It is a job to watch over and support residents during the night hours at a group home for people with disabilities.
・We will prepare dinner, serve, and prepare meals.
・I will keep an eye on the floor.
・We will monitor and assist with oral care (toothbrushing) before going to bed.
・We will prepare the residents for bed.
・At night, we will watch over the residents who have woken up.
・We will provide partial assistance (partial assistance).

▼ Salary (night shift)
・2 months after joining the company: 1,400 yen per hour (uniform regardless of qualifications, 19,600 yen per night shift)
・After the 2nd month: Hourly wage 1,200 yen to 1,250 yen
┗Unqualified: 1,200 yen per hour (16,800 yen per night shift)
┗Care workers, etc.: 1,250 yen per hour (17,500 yen per night shift)
┗Qualification allowance: First-time employee training+30 yen/nursing care workers, etc. +50 yen/full attendance allowance +100 yen
