◆ Peace of mind starting at 1,400 yen per hour for the first 2 months
・The 2-month period after joining the company is a uniform hourly wage of 1,400 yen (retention support allowance) regardless of qualifications.

・It is a job that supports the lives of residents so that they can spend their time comfortably in a group home for people with disabilities.
・We prepare meals and support meals.
・We help with recreation (activities you can enjoy together).
・I will clean and do the laundry.
・We will provide partial assistance (partial assistance) such as bathing and toilets.

▼ Salary (day shift)
・2 months after joining the company: 1,400 yen per hour (uniform, 9,800 yen per day regardless of qualifications)
・After the 2nd month: Hourly wage 1,200 yen to 1,250 yen
┗Unqualified: 1,200 yen per hour (8,400 yen per day)
┗Care workers, etc.: Hourly wage 1,250 yen (daily wage 8,750 yen)
┗Qualification allowance: First-time employee training+30 yen/care workers, social workers, mental health workers, etc. +50 yen
┗Full attendance allowance: +100 yen

・AM 09:00 to PM 05:00 (7 hours actual work, 1 hour break) shift system
