The Global Employment Certification Program has begun!

YOLO JAPAN Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Taisuke Kaji, Osaka Headquarters: Naniwa-ku, Osaka, hereinafter referred to as “YOLO JAPAN”) promotes initiatives that allow non-Japanese people living in Japan to find jobs with peace of mind.  Among several services, YOLO WORK, operated by YOLO JAPAN (230,000 foreigners living in 226 countries registered) - one of the largest job posting services for non-Japanese residents in Japan - has launched Global Company Leaders program! Through this program, YOLO WORK hopes to foster the desire to hire non-Japanese workers, to promote this desire to other companies, and to create diverse workplaces throughout Japan.

■What is the Global Employment Certification Program?
Among the many companies that post job listings on YOLO JAPAN, this certification refers to companies that are continuously and actively striving to create attractive working conditions, workplaces, and acceptance systems for non-Japanese workers.

■How companies receive Global Employment Certification
Companies are evaluated based on three main factors.

① Diversity and Inclusion
The company respects the cultures, customs, and ways of thinking of people from various nationalities, and they strive to create a work environment where people of different nationalities can play an active role.

② Appropriate recruitment conditions
Employee selection is conducted fairly and working conditions such as wages and tasks are fair.

③ Career Development
The work of non-Japanese employees are evaluated fairly, and there are fair opportunities to advance within the company.
