Work contents / remarks

You will be in charge of general construction management work from process preparation to completion related to various construction works at various renovation work sites within the US military base.

■Design and estimate preparation work
- Confirmation of construction instructions, scrutiny and evaluation of proposals
- Site investigation and report preparation

■Process management business
- Check the progress of parts receipt
- Preparation of process schedules (materials, partner companies, contract periods, customer requests, access to facilities, etc.)
- Preparation of approval documents, etc.
- Safety management, etc.

Necessary experience
・Experience with on-site work, design, and estimation
・Work experience at a construction company or design company
・At least 5 years of relevant technical experience or equivalent experience
・Knowledge of MS Office, experience using it at work

・Auto CAD knowledge or experience using it
・Experience in equipment design

Necessary licences and qualifications
・Bachelor's degree in engineering
