Company's strengths

・It is a department that targets companies around the world and conducts consultations to improve various aspects of efficiency within the factory.
→In this department, which has suppliers all over the world, please first gain knowledge and experience while managing existing customers as a sales assistant.
→In the future, you will be able to answer inquiries from companies, and eventually you will become human resources who can handle everything from new sales to contracts and operations.

Existing customer management: Mainly the business of visiting partner factories in India, America, Turkey, and all of Southeast Asia, checking progress and hearing the situation from resident Japanese staff and local people, and reporting to supervisors in Japan.
→It is a job you start gradually after in-house OJT, and there is a high possibility that about 1/3 of the month will be an overseas business trip.

New development and inquiry handling: We receive inquiries from companies with factories around the world. Proposals are made after hearing about the situation, explaining the company's services, etc. Ultimately, I would like to go directly to the factory, explain, and then ask for an order.
It takes a few years to reach this level of skill.

We welcome people who are interested in this kind of work and are motivated, even if they are inexperienced.
We plan to be hired as a full-time employee around 1 year.

Work contents / remarks

・It is a plus if you can speak Japanese at N2 level or higher, English at a business level or higher, and be able to speak Spanish.
・There is a possibility that they have been on overseas business trips for about 1/3 of January, but those who have no problems with such an environment.
・Men are active Since full-time employees are expected to go through the test period, young people are assumed (long-term employment wishes)
・Those who can enjoy visiting countries they don't know by making their own business trip schedules, ticket arrangements, etc.
・Communicating with people of various races is not a hassle, and those who are interested in sales ideas.
・If you can work flexibly, such as on overseas business trips, please contact us.
・There is a business trip allowance (daily allowance). 4,500 yen per day.
