■Job description
[Product Ordering ~ Import Procedure]
Send purchase orders to overseas contract factories (China/Vietnam) and confirm delivery dates
Quality checks of products and materials before shipping (confirmation of inspection results, etc.)
Confirmation of shipping documents, request import procedures from customs brokers
※The work is mainly in Japanese.

[Product Delivery Arrangements]
Confirm and enter sales orders
Delivery instructions and delivery of required documents to the contract warehouse

[Inventory Management]
Product registration process

■Application conditions
Those who are used to operating Microsoft Excel (those who can use the function level are welcome)
Those who have experience in logistics or trade operations, or those who are motivated to learn
Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or higher ※ or equivalent

■Welcome skills (a plus)
Trade administration experience (inexperienced people are also welcome with an emphasis on motivation)
Those who have communication skills and coordination skills
Those who are seriously aiming to work stably in a Japanese company.

Work contents / remarks

If you like it, please submit an entry.
First, we will have an interview at our company, then we will explain the details of the work again and confirm whether the client's requests have been met.
If there are no problems, we will prepare a skill sheet and send it to the client → visit the company → if there are no problems with the content, we will start working.

Basically, the initial contract is a dispatch contract, but we assume direct employment (full-time employee recruitment) with the client within 1 year.
