Work contents / remarks

■Job description
Sealing work for joints around windows and exterior walls with scaffolding work

Main flow of sealing work:
1. Curing:
Protect areas other than where sealing work is being carried out so that they do not stain anything other than the part where the sealing work is being carried out.
2. Removing old sealants:
The deteriorated sealant is carefully removed with a special tool. (in case of replacement)
3. Primer application:
To increase the adhesion of the sealant, a primer is applied.
4. Sealant filling:
The sealant is evenly filled into the gaps.
5. finish:
Smooth the sealant with a spatula or the like and prepare the surface cleanly.
