General administrative and operational work at a Japanese language school, including:

Providing support to students in their daily lives (e.g., housing, health, general well-being)

Performing administrative tasks such as preparing documents and submitting applications related to student visas and immigration procedures

Communicating and coordinating with external organizations, including student recruitment agents

Handling reception duties and enrollment procedures for new students

Other general tasks required for the smooth operation of the school
