The company's accounting is divided into those responsible for individual units (including management of Japanese subsidiaries) and those responsible for consolidation (including management of overseas subsidiaries) /disclosure.
This position is mainly for those in charge of consolidated accounts and disclosures, but after joining the company, you will first be asked to perform standalone monthly, quarterly, annual settlement work, etc. so that you can understand standalone work (we will proceed with the work as a team).
Currently, the accounting unit operates with a system of 3 people (1 female manager and 2 members), and it is planned to increase the number of employees by hiring for this position. We are looking for people who can play an active role in the company that was listed in 2024/12.

Since the appeal and scope of work are not limited, it is possible to create a system by not only doing what has been decided, but also by thinking, questioning, and improving.
・Since the number of people is small, you can experience work starting with monthly settlement and ending with annual settlement.
・The general manager is an audit firm (certified public accountant), the manager is a listed company accountant, and the members are accounting professionals who have worked for a tax accountant corporation for many years.
・Study sessions are also held within the unit, and if necessary, it is possible to take separate studies, seminars, etc. at the company's expense.

・Those who have actually worked with the disclosure document preparation system
※Those who work as a team but can do it alone to some extent
・Those who are comfortable working in English (translation software can be used. (Mainly reading and writing sentences)

・Operations related to stand-alone and consolidated accounts (monthly/quarterly/year-end Japanese standards), and accounting audit support operations, etc.
・Preparation of financial statements, quarterly reports, securities reports, and other IR-related disclosure materials
・Accounting guidance and support services for subsidiaries
・Other operations incidental to the above
