Work contents / remarks

You will be responsible for the following tasks for the securities front desk system in operation.
・Responding to inquiries about the securities front desk system in operation
・Failure response (cause investigation, emergency release preparation, etc.)
・Improvement of system operation (implementation of PDCA)
・Customer negotiations and in-house internal adjustments
・Support for maintenance and development
