As labor for holdings (13 companies, 800 people), you will be responsible for labor work, including group companies.
First, we are recruiting for member positions, but if the person wishes, it is possible to aim to become a manager in the future.

・Salary and bonus calculation practices
・Attendance management (Time-Pro VG)
・Social insurance and labor insurance management
・Personnel evaluation management office manager
・Work related to employment rules, revisions to various regulations, and 36 agreements
・Cooperation with social insurance labor consultants
・Payroll vendor control
・Response to audits by the Labor Standards Inspection Office
・Labor operations for 12 group companies, including the head office, and cooperative work with other subsidiaries
※Since the recruiter and the labor department are separate, there is no recruitment work

[Prerequisites]
・Labor work experience at a business company (5 years or more)

・Work experience corresponding to group operations, including subsidiaries

・Member management experience or work follow-up experience with colleagues and juniors
