[Sales Affairs] Customer Service/Swiss-owned Foreign-Affiliated Companies/Utilizing English Proficiency

We are a paper container processing machine manufacturer boasting a TOP market share in over 50 countries around the world.
We will take care of the sales affairs for foreign companies originating in Switzerland.
We will follow up on existing customers in a responsible manner and handle inquiries and paperwork.

〇Customer support will be carried out only for existing customers under the responsibility system (there is a possibility that the person in charge will change)
〇There is not much telephone support, but there is a lot of paperwork and internal collaboration.
〇It is possible to improve your skills in an environment where you can make use of your English ability.
∟It is used for training and meetings with overseas locations. (reading, writing, conversation)

1 manager, 5 members (4 women, 1 man), 1 temporary employee

[Business content]
・Customer support (telephone/email)
∟Responding to inquiries from existing customers (products, services, delivery dates, etc.)
・Preparation of estimates
∟Prepare and send an estimate based on a request from sales
・Operations related to order acceptance and delivery
∟Issuance of quotations, orders, and delivery notes, and adjustment of delivery schedules
・Data input/management
∟Entering information into internal systems and updating records
・Logistics/customs clearance support
∟Communicating with forwarding agents, arranging customs clearance for parts, and adjusting delivery schedules
・Dealing with defective products and incorrect deliveries
∟Follow-up of communication with manufacturers, acquisition of credit notes, etc.
・Product proposal and sales promotion
∟Primary guidance and proposal activities for our products (parts, services, etc.)
■Required
・Those who have experience in sales office work or customer service
・English proficiency (level at which you can read and write)
・Basic PC skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

・Experience with a foreign manufacturer or supply chain work experience (especially those who have experience dealing with overseas companies are welcome)
・Experience using SF (telephone support), SAP/QAD
