The mid-career recruitment team currently consists of 4 people (1 manager and 3 members), but they are all mid-career graduates, and they have started their careers with no HR experience in the SIer industry.
First, we will entrust you with the work little by little so that you can get used to the environment, so don't worry if you have no experience in recruitment or human resources.

① Drafting and implementing recruitment strategies
・Investigate and analyze the recruitment market and plan effective recruitment methods
・KPI management to achieve recruitment goals
② Practical management of recruitment activities
・Hearing about human resource requirements from each headquarters - preparation of job postings and brushing up application requirements
・Selection, operation, and effect analysis of recruitment media
・Negotiations/coordination with recruitment agencies/job change agents
③ Managing candidate responses and selection processes
・Communication with applicants (interview schedule adjustments, follow-up, etc.)
・Implementation of document screening/aptitude tests
・Coordinating and managing interviews (conducting primary interviews and collaborating with on-site interviewers)
・Follow-up on prospective employees and conduct offer interviews
