Why don't we work together at the new Asakusa store of the premium Japanese knife brand “MUSASHI”? The store is located on Nakamise-dori in Asakusa.

It's a rewarding job to convey Japanese culture to overseas customers. Those with language skills such as English, Chinese, and French and sales experience are welcome.
It is a monthly salary system, and there are also bonuses according to performance. Also, after 3 to 6 months, there is an opportunity to be promoted to a full-time employee and provided with a visa.


⚫️ About rewards:

・During the training period, the hourly rate is 1200 yen (can be completed within 2 weeks at the shortest).

・After the training, we will promote full-time employees and provide visas. We offer paid holidays and bonuses 3 times a year.
We want to provide higher quality services to our customers, and in order to do so, we aim to provide higher rewards than traditional Japanese companies.

Work contents / remarks

・Our head office is in Asakusa Kappabashi. The 1st floor sells our own brand of knives, and the 2nd floor offers Japanese sake (original sake is sold in spring)
・The branch is located in the center of Sensoji Temple, in the busiest location.
· Currently, over 90% of our employees are foreigners from various countries around the world, and currently there are around 18 people. We plan to expand our team of 30 to 40 people this year.
・From March onwards, people with expertise in planning and management will also be hired. We prefer those that expand at a pace of 2 to 4 stores per year and are committed to long-term cooperation, growth, and serious work.
・There are also plans to develop sake bars, hotels, Japanese sweets, and other real estate-related businesses in the future.
