Work contents / remarks

・Interpretation work via telephone between customers visiting the agency counter and storefront staff (or dedicated center staff)
・Service information retrieval and response history recording operations using a dedicated system, participation in meetings/training related to work, and ancillary work carried out in an integrated manner
・New staff development work such as mentoring next door seats
Shift system: ■ early 8:45 to 17:15 ■ late 11:35 to 20:05
7.5 hour shift system (open all year round, with work on weekends and holidays, in principle 2 days off per week)
※We may ask you to work overtime during busy times. (10 to 15 hours/month)
Transportation expenses will be paid up to 10,000 yen.
■Japanese Level: A level where you can understand and read the contents of the General Catalog.
Skills similar to Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 (skill levels are approximate, so it doesn't matter if you have qualifications or not)

■Training period: There is approximately 1 month of training
