Job Type: Cleaning/Facility Manager
I am in charge of cleaning, facility management, and leadership work at private lodging hotels in Osaka city.
As a site leader, you will be responsible for education and business management for cleaning staff, and you will contribute to creating an environment where customers can spend their time comfortably.

[Specifically]
・Cleaning checks at private lodging hotels
・Quality control/grasping and managing work progress and site conditions
・On-site follow-up, guidance, and education for staff
・Shift creation/management, training, work instructions

At first, you will remember your experience in the field, and eventually you will work as a leader in site management.
Senior staff will carefully train you, so even inexperienced people can work with peace of mind.
