★About Pay
Base salary: ¥148,500~ plus various allowances.
Night shifts available with night shift allowance.

Day shift: 8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Night shift: 4:30 PM ~ 9:00 AM

≪Job Description≫
Position: Care Services
Assist residents with all aspects of daily living within the facility to ensure their comfort and well-being.

〇 Personal Care
Diaper changes
Bathing assistance, including sponge baths
Toilet assistance and guidance

〇 Environmental Maintenance & Supply Management
Room cleaning and tidying
Bedside area organization

〇Other Duties
Assisting with resident mobility (transferring to/from wheelchairs, walking supervision, etc.)
Preparing meal service
Preparing for simple examinations, restocking supplies, etc.

≪Annual Salary Model/FY2024 Actual≫
♦1st Year
Monthly Salary: ¥178,500~
Bonus: 1.83 months' base salary

♦ Year 3 (After completing Practical Care Worker Training)
Bonus: 2.75 months' base salary
Annual income increase vs. Year 1: +¥735,920

♦ Year 5 (After obtaining Certified Care Worker qualification)
Bonus: 3.66 months' base salary
Annual income increase vs. Year 1: +¥1,080,261
