Work contents / remarks

＜General trade office work＞
■Logistics and order processing (approximately 60% of total operations)
Accepting orders from international clients (6-7 countries) (email support, etc.)
Preparation of shipment-related documents, confirmation of orders to factories/in-house related departments and forwarders,
Coordination with distribution centers/coordination of shipping and flight bookings and loading methods
■Sales support
Communication with new agency candidates, sample shipment/preparation of contract renewal documents with existing agents
Sales data collection/analysis/reporting/management of accounts receivable collection, preparation of promotion proposals
■Import license application support
Preparation of import license application documents according to each country's regulations
■Client support
Responding to inquiries from overseas clients/introducing product information/new products and providing samples
Provision of translated materials and marketing materials (photos, videos, designs, etc.)
■Market expansion support
Research and analysis of each country's market
■Sales event support
Preparation and operation support for business events such as seminars and hair shows
