■Job description: Customer acquisition. Real estate for foreigners who live or plan to live in Japan.
Make use of your own social and private networks to find prospective clients and bring in to our company.
• Using your own SNS as well as attending networking events, parties etc... to broaden your network.
• There might be advertising activities like putting our leaflets or brochures to mailboxes.
• When showing the property to prospective clients, you need to be polite and professional.
・Use your own SNS and personal connections to attract customers. (There is no quota, but sales targets will be set)
・Management and operation assistance for advertising activities, office work, internet, websites, etc.
・Guide customers about properties and talk about money and contracts.
・When you show the property, you sometimes pick up the keys from partner agents and speak in Japanese.
■Remarks
It is recommended for people who want to expand their network and increase their friends and acquaintances.

■Number of working hours and days
・AM 10:00 to PM 8:00 (preferential treatment will be given to people who can work on Saturdays and Sundays, and those who are flexible in terms of time)

■Salary
・Hourly wage 1,280 yen and up
・15% to 50% of the brokerage fee (for the actual amount which our company made) will be added to your hourly wage (commission system).
