Work contents / remarks

・Guest room cleaning (garbage/linen collection, wiping surfaces, cleaning wet areas, vacuuming, replenishing amenities, folding futons/making beds)
・Common area cleaning (vacuuming/wiping lobbies and hallways, cleaning shared restrooms, etc.)
・Work will be divided among several groups
・Work location: Nasushiobara City, Tochigi Prefecture
・Work hours: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (1-hour break)
・Work days: 2 days or more per week (days negotiable)
・Days off: Shift-based
・Pay: Hourly wage ¥1,250 (¥1,563 for overtime)
・Monthly salary example: 5 hours/day × 12 days/month = approx. ¥75,000 + transportation allowance
・Transportation allowance: Provided based on distance (¥11/km, max ¥15,000/month)
・Employment period: Long-term (3 months or more)
・Probationary period: None
・Requirements: Must be able to commute independently
・Social Insurance: Health Insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance, Employment Insurance, Workers' Accident Compensation Insurance
