Work contents / remarks

・My job is to make dashi rolls.
・ Put the egg base in a frying pan and roll it about 3 times to shape it.
・After putting it in a rice bowl to take shape, cool it, vacuum pack it, put it in a bag, and steam it.
・Finally, it is frozen, packed, and shipped.
・We will also clean and check that there are no foreign objects in it.
・I make about 5,000 dashi rolls per day.

・Employment Type: Part-time job
・Salary: 1200 yen or more per hour (no overtime)
・Working hours: Early AM 6:00 to 2:00 PM, Late PM 2:00 to 6:00 PM (1 hour break)
・Working days: 3 days a week
・Holidays: shift system
・Transportation expenses: Full payment (students only outside the regular section)
