Work contents / remarks

We are mainly involved in construction management of newly built properties, and approximately 70 to 80 percent of our projects are newly built condominiums.
In addition, we also handle a wide range of new construction projects for hospitals, hotels, dentists, nurseries, etc.
※On rare occasions, there are spot projects such as school toilet repairs

・Preparation of construction drawings (using T-Fas, may be handled by an exclusive CAD operator)
・Arranging craftsmen for our company and partner companies
・Material arrangements (craftsmen may also make arrangements)
・Safety management/process control/quality control
・Preparation of documents and photography (administrative staff will handle construction information, etc.)

※Each team consists of 7 to 8 people, and 2 to 3 people perform management work at each site.
